Synopsis

For centuries, stories have been told of the shapeshifting folklore legend La Siguanaba who seduces unfaithful, lustful men, only to then destroy their faces, leaving her victims alive. But when a modern woman, surviving an abusive marriage, starts to question the truth behind her recent lover’s mysterious injuries and her husband’s death, she starts to question if there’s more than folklore and myth to La Siguanaba, and if her actions are truly her own.
